I agree to some of the highlighted points what My colleague Mr.Paul has written on his Lacuna. The tragedy which we witnessed a day back was a creation rather than an incident which happened. I too have strong sentiments for the families of the victims. An accident which could have been prevented, an accident which we never anticipated, an accident which we could never prevent. Alchohol tragedies are not new to us. We are the part of a region which consumes alcohol worth Rs 14000 crores an year.

There was a funny sentence in his blog " Some times I thought these tragedies are good to our society because it took away some useless fellows from the earth".

But those useless fellows too are human beings on their own rights. Their nuts turn on an hourly basis when they are more prone to the world where they are more free to express their emotions.Such emotions in turn are being exploited by the adulterated mid-men(so I call them).Today or tomorrow they become the prey.

But I have certain doubts very much highlighted in the four sensitive walls of my outer mind. Where did this alcohol come from. Those people, who made and consumed were in this business for all these years and is it that they were so unaware of the proportion in which they mixed the alcohol.I simply dont want to justify the whole event but there is some thing very much fishy on the whole matter, which need to be unearthed at the earliest. Was there anything on the forefront of talks in the region that was intended to be put under cover. The probe or investigation from the Government should be focussed on such a holistic manner that it should address the real issue and the associated one.
